With this policy we explain to you how we collect, process, handle and protect your personal information.
The entity responsible for data processing, which alone or in cooperation with others determines the means and purpose of data processing of the Kinderleicht camera app within the meaning of the Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO), is S. Bach, Media Trooper GmbH, Black-und-Decker-Straße 17B, 65510 Idstein, Germany, datenschutz @ mediatrooper.de. The responsible body is a natural or legal person.
According to art. 4 para. 1 DSGVO, personal data are individual details of your person that can clearly identify you, such as your name or an identifier. These data are only collected by us as permitted by law.
1 Data collection & use
1.1 Which personal data is collected?
When using the camera app, the following data is stored exclusively within the app on the device used:
- Photos
The Kinderleicht camera app stores the above mentioned data according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b DSGVO, because this is the purpose of the application.
Furthermore we are using third party services to analyze the user behaviour. Details can be found in the following section.
1.2 Third party services
Apple App Rating
For the evaluation of the mobile app we use the service of Apple, One Apple Park Way Cupertino, CA 95014, USA. We collect the data in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO to make the Kinderleicht camera app user-friendly and to optimize the design. Facebook SDK
Within the app we are using the Facebook Software Development Kit (SDK). Facebook is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Facebook Inc., headquartered in the USA, is part of the EU-US Privacy Shield, which obliges Facebook to ensure adequate data protection. By integrating the Facebook SDK we link our app with the services of Facebook. For example, it is possible for Facebook to determine target groups for the display of ads (so-called "Facebook ads").
We also use the service Facebook App Events to track the reach of our advertising campaigns and the use of the Facebook SDK (i.e. as Sutter Release, sharing and storage in the Gallery). Facebook only provides us with an aggregated evaluation of the user behaviour of our app. We have no impact on the information processed by Facebook via App Events.
We save and proceed the data according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO with the legic interest to analyse the user behaviour to optimize our app and our advertising.

App Analytics von Apple
Within the app we are using App Analytics a service of Apple Inc. ("Apple"), One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA. App Analytics uses so-called "Cookies," meaning text files stored in the app that allow us to analyze how you use the app. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the app is usually transferred to an Apple server in the USA and stored there. On our behalf, Apple may use this information to evaluate your use of the App (i.e. as Sutter Release, sharing and storage in the Gallery), to compile reports about App activity, and to provide other app usage and Internet-related services to us, the App Operator. The IP address provided in your app as part of App Analytics will not be merged with other Apple data. You can prevent cookies from being saved by making the appropriate settings in the app software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of the app to the full extent.

2 Data Storage & Transfer
The above data will only be stored locally on your device. The data will not be passed on to servers.
3 Data deletion
The above data will only be stored on your device and will not be processed in any other way. If you delete the app on your device, all personal data (photos) will be deleted automatically.

4.1 Right Of Confirmation
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you will be processed. If you wish to exercise this right of confirmation, please contact our data protection representative or another employee who is responsible for the processing.
4.2 Right To Information
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you and a copy of this information. You are also entitled to the following information:
- the processing purposes
- the categories of personal data processed
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been - or will be - disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations
- if possible, the planned duration for which the personal data will be stored or, if that is not possible, the criteria for determining that duration
- the existence of a right to the rectification or erasure of personal data concerning you or to the limitation of the processing by the controller or of a right to object to such processing

- if the personal data are not collected from the data subject: All available information on the origin of the data

You also have a right to know whether personal data has been transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. If this is the case, you also have the right to obtain information about the appropriate guarantees in connection with the transfer.
4.3 Right of rectification
You have the right to have any inaccurate data concerning you corrected immediately and/or your incomplete data stored by us completed, taking into account the purposes of processing.
4.4 Right to erasure
You have the right to demand the deletion of your personal data if the requirements of Art. 17 para. 1 DSGVO are met. However, this right does not apply in particular if the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
4.5 Right to restrict processing
You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the correctness of your data disputed by you is verified, the processing is unlawful and you refuse the deletion of the personal data and instead demand the restriction of the use of the personal data, your personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO and it is not yet clear whether our justified reasons outweigh your reasons.
4.6 Right to be informed
If you have exercised your right to rectification, cancellation or limitation of processing, we will notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of such rectification, cancellation or limitation of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. If you so request, we will provide you with information about these recipients.
4.7 Right to data transfer
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another responsible person without being hindered by the responsible person to whom the personal data was provided, provided that this is technically feasible and that the rights and freedoms of other persons are not impaired.
4.8 Withdrawal of consent
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time for the future. The revocation of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing that took place on the basis of your consent until you revoke your consent.
4.9 Right of appeal
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of presumed infringement, if you consider that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the DSGVO.
